Binge Eating Disorder ARFID Anorexia Bulimia
  • Individuals with anorexia significantly limit their food intake and experience intense body image disturbance and fears of weight gain. Those with atypical anorexia meet the same diagnostic criteria without a specific BMI criteria.

  • Individuals with bulimia experience binge eating episodes followed by compensatory behaviors and is accompanied by body image disturbance.

  • Individuals with binge eating disorder experience regular episodes of binging or loss of control eating.

  • Individuals with ARFID experience food avoidance due to sensory concerns or feared consequences of eating such as textures, vomiting, choking, etc.

  • Disordered eating falls on a spectrum, and not everyone fits into a certain diagnostic box. I am here for anyone that is experiencing a disturbance in their life related to food or body image in any way.

  • Individuals with OCD experience repeated thoughts, urges, or mental images that are intrusive, unwanted, and anxiety provoking along with repetitive behaviors a person feels the urge to do, often in response to an obsession.

Are we a good fit?

  • I am currently credentialed with Aetna and Cigna, and I am hoping to be credentialed with more insurances soon. I also accept private pay. All billing is done through Headway or Alma so we can focus on your needs during sessions. You may request a superbill from Headway or Alma to submit for out of network claims.

  • I see clients that are 12 years of age or older.

  • I am currently licensed in Florida and Wisconsin and can only treat individuals that reside in those states.

    I am able to provide CEDS supervision anywhere via telehealth.
